Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Spokane county, Mitchell, J., entered July 5, 1917, upon the verdict of a jury rendered in favor of the plaintiff, in an action for seduction.

Plaintiff brought this action to recover damages for seduction. The jury returned a verdict in her favor, and the defendant has appealed. The assignments of error principally relied on are that the action is barred by the statute of limitations and *581that the facts are not sufficient to sustain the verdict and judgment. These questions were preserved throughout the trial by appropriate pleadings and motions.
