MEMORANDUM

DALZELL, District Judge.

In this criminal case, defendant Thomas Coffee has moved, pursuant to Fed. R.Crim.P. 21(b), to transfer this case to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio where he and his co-defendants live. These other defendants, family members Naomi Coffee, Bradley Coffee, Jeramy Coffee, and the family corporation, TCMG, Inc., have joined in Thomas Coffee’s motion.
