Plaintiff, as an employee of the Southern Amusement Company, Incorporated, sued it and the New Amsterdam Casualty Company and the Great American Indemnity Company of New York, with whom it carried compensation insurance on its DeSoto Theatre, of Mansfield, Louisiana, for judgment for 200 weeks at $17.55 per week, beginning with May 13, 1938, and for medical expenses in the sum of $153, alleging as a basis therefor that on or about May 13, 1938, while in the employment of the Southern Amusement Company, Incorporated, and in the performance of her duties as such employee, she fell…
