The motion to dismiss the appeal herein must be denied. The appeal is from an order denying a motion to vacate a judgment entered on a warrant of attorney, and to set aside a levy on an execution issued upon such judgment. It appears that after the decision of that motion, by an arrangement entered into, the judgment was paid and satisfied of record by the judgment creditor.
