APPEAL from the Circuit Court for Dane County. On the 12th of May, 1859, at Madison, Wisconsin, Bowen and Parker made and delivered to the Dane County Bank their promissory note for $150, at sixty days, with interest at ten per cent. This note was made as security for the separate indebtedness of Bowen, and Parker signed it only as surety.
