*685 [¶1] The mother and father appeal from a judgment of the District Court (Bridgton, Darvin, J. ) terminating their parental rights to two of their children. The father asserts that the Department of Health and Human Services' placement of the children with a kinship foster family in Florida frustrated his ability to reunify with them, rendering the Department's reunification plan noncompliant with the requirements prescribed in 22 M.R.S. § 4041(1-A)(A)(1) (2017).
