Me. Justice Kephart,

Mrs. Critzer, while standing on the pavement waiting for a street car, was struck and injured by appellant’s truck. The circumstances of the accident are not material to the questions before us, as it is admitted the case was for the jury on the negligence of defendants and no question of contributory negligence was raised. A verdict and judgment having been given for plaintiffs this appeal, based upon trial errors, was taken.
