WRIGHT, District Judge.

This is a diversity action by a stevedore for an alleged personal injury incurred while loading one of defendant’s vessels in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The plaintiff is a citizen and resident of Pennsylvania, and the defendant, Cal-mar Steamship Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Calmar”), is a corporation of the State of Delaware.
