MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ROGERS, District Judge.

This is an action for damages arising from an automobile accident based on diversity jurisdiction. Plaintiffs assert claims of negligence, fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress or outrage. Plaintiff Sandra R. Moore was injured in an accident involving a vehicle driven by-Glen E. Luther. Luther was insured by State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. Plaintiffs are Mrs. Moore; her husband, Richard L.
