MEMORANDUM OPINION

PRENTICE H. MARSHALL, District Judge.

Plaintiff filed these consolidated cases in which she challenged her thirty day suspension and subsequent discharge as an employee of the United States Drug Enforcement Administration. On December 29, 1981 we granted plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment in No. 78 C 2753, which involved her discharge, set aside the discharge and remanded the case to the agency for determination of an appropriate back pay award.
