Plaintiffs in error were found guilty by a jury in the circuit court of Winnebago county on an indictment of two counts charging them with the illegal possession of intoxicating liquor, and also with the illegal possession of such liquor for the purpose of selling the same, without permit from the Attorney General of the State.
