This is a proceeding under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act to review a determination of the Public Service Commission denying a joint petition of Central Greyhound Lines, Inc., hereinafter referred to as Greyhound, and John P. Fitzgerald to approve a lease of four certificates of convenience and necessity from Greyhound to Fitzgerald.
