ORDER

Gregory Robinson, a federal prisoner, appeals the grant of summary judgment against him in this Bivens action claiming that a prison guard acted with deliberate indifference by leaving him unsupervised for 45 minutes to one hour with three other inmates, who attacked and beat him until he required emergency medical treatment. See Bivens v. Six Unknown Agents of Fed. Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388, 91 S.Ct. 1999, 29 L.Ed.2d 619 (1971). We affirm.

We recount the factual allegations in the light most favorable to Robinson. See King v. Kramer, 680 F.3d 1013, 1015 (7th Cir.2012). One…
