The plaintiffs herein have brought an action for the settlement of the accounts of their testator as surviving trustee under the last will and testament of his father, Michael Duff, and in their complaint they ask for a construction of the will of John J. Duff and for a determination of the rights of the parties herein, to certain real estate and ■ the proceeds of real estate, under the terms of the wills of John J.
