DECISION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause comes before the Court on the Motion of the Defendant, the United States of America, for Judgment on the Pleadings. (Doc. No. 9). This Motion is brought against the Plaintiffs/Debtors’ Complaint to Determine Dischargeability. (Doc. No. 1). Against the Defendant’s Motion, the Plaintiffs filed a response opposing the relief sought by the Defendant. (Doc. No. 11).
