The Official Information Company (“TOIC”) and HireRight Solutions, Inc. (“HireRight,” and collectively, the “Debtors”) ask this Court to adjudicate the corporate income tax liability, if any, owed by them to the State of Oklahoma for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2011 even though they have a tax protest proceeding pending before the Oklahoma Tax Commission.
