PUBLISHED OPINION OF THE COURT
BEAL, Judge:
A military judge sitting as a special court-martial convicted the appellant, pursuant to his pleas, of unauthorized absence terminated by apprehension, violating a lawful general order, wrongful use of a controlled substance, and breaking restriction, in violation of Articles 86, 92, 112a, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 886, 892, 912a, and 934.
