PUBLISHED OPINION OF THE COURT
WARD, Senior Judge:
At the appellant’s first trial, a military judge, sitting alone as a general court-martial, convicted the appellant, after mixed pleas, of conspiracy to possess cocaine, violation of an order, wrongful use of cocaine, obstruction of justice, and negligent homicide, in violation of Articles 81, 92, 112a, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 892, 912a, and 934. The military judge sentenced the appellant to 66 months confinement, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, reduction to pay grade E-l, and a dishonorable discharge.…
