People Ex Rel. Adamowski v. Dougherty

This is an original petition ' for writ of mandamus, brought by the State’s Attorney of Cook County, to expunge an order of the criminal court of Cook County-vacating a bond forfeiture. On ex parte application, we granted leave to file the petition, and the case is now before us on the petition, the respondent’s answer and the reply.
