This is an appeal by the Terminix Company, hereafter called appellant, from a judgment denying a peremptory writ of mandate. Appellant initiated these mandamus proceedings in order to obtain court review of the validity of an order of the Contractors’ State License Board, hereafter called respondent, suspending appellant’s contractor’s license for six months and imposing upon it other penalties for alleged violations of the Contractors’ License Law as codified.
