The plaintiff commenced this action in the district court for Keith county, Nebraska, to enjoin the defendant from disturbing or interfering with plaintiff’s possession of a strip of land containing 7.76 acres, more or less, which the plaintiff claims to have acquired from the defendant through condemnation proceedings. A temporary injunction was granted on the filing of the petition.
