George A. Landgren and Howard W. Hamilton were candidates for the office of county judge of Fillmore county at the general election held November 3, 1936. As the result of the official canvass of the votes, Hamilton was declared elected and received his certificate of election. Landgren undertook to contest the election. Being a contest for the office of county judge, it was heard by the district court. Comp. St. 1929, sec. 32-1008. Defendant specially appeared and filed a motion to quash. It was overruled.
