Defendants Stafford M. Smith, M.D. (“Dr. Smith”) and Scranton Heart Institute, P.C. (“the Institute”) have filed preliminary objections to the allegations of “recklessness,” “outrageous, wanton and grossly indifferent conduct” and “reckless indifference to the rights of Plaintiff’s decedent” contained in paragraphs 71-73, 74(a) and 76 ofthe complaint that has been filed by plaintiff John Lasavage, executor of the estate of John S.
