Does the authority granted by the Legislature to the Washington State Housing Finance Commission violate the Washington State Constitution which prohibits *493lending of the state's credit? We find that it does not.
The Legislature created the Commission after investigating the impact of Washington's severe economic recession on the state's housing needs.
