GRIFFIN, Circuit Judge.
In her Complaint, plaintiff Victoria Harris asserts several claims against defendant J.B. Robinson Jewelers (“Robinson”) based upon her allegation that when she brought her diamond wedding ring into defendant’s store for resizing, her large, pink center diamond was replaced with a smaller, colorless stone.
