SYNOPSIS
In this civil action, Plaintiff asserts claims against the Defendant county for violating her rights to be free of retaliation and interference under the Family Medical Leave Act, 29 U.S.C. 2615(a)(2) and (a)(1) (“FMLA”). At the time of her discharge, Plaintiff worked as a Paternity/IRS Coordinator in the Domestic Relations Section (“DRS”) division of the court of common Pleas of Washington County (“County Court”), at the time of the alleged violations.
