At issue in this case is whether habeas petitioner Gary Engel’s convictions should be vacated because they are undermined by newly discovered evidence. This Court finds that material impeachment information was wrongly undisclosed to Engel during his trial, which violated his due process rights pursuant to Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83, 83 S.Ct. 1194, 10 L.Ed.2d 215 (1963). Accordingly, Engel’s convictions are vacated.
