ARNOLD, Justice.’

The Bank of Chelsea as plaintiff brought this action on a promissory note in the amount of $5,000 executed by Twin River Sales, Inc., a corporation, and endorsed by J. V. Murph and William Yaffe in the District Court of Rogers County against William Yaffe alone.
