This case presents a question of insurance coverage in connection with a fire loss. On July 11, 1975 MFA Insurance Co. issued a policy of fire insurance covering the home and contents of Gilbert and Mary Hart. The policy provided coverage of $8,000.00 on the dwelling and $4,000.00 on the contents for a period of three years. The total premium was $300.00 and was payable in semi-annual installments of $50.00 each. One installment, apparently the fifth, became due on July 11, 1977, and a premium statement was mailed to the Harts by MFA approximately twenty days earlier and…
