Miller, Justice:
Municipal Mutual Insurance Company [Company] appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of Wayne County which denied the Company’s motion to set aside a jury verdict in favor of their insureds, William and Laura Staley, for damages under their fire insurance policy. The Company primarily asserts that the trial court erred in refusing to set aside the jury verdict as the evidence clearly showed that the policy on which the jury awarded recovery had been cancelled. After reviewing the record, we find no reversible error.
