Appellant Richard Jackson owns udge. County with a southern boundary fine that adjoins the northern boundary fine of appellee Nora Pitts. The appellee filed a complaint against the appellant, claiming he, or persons acting on his behalf, bulldozed valuable trees on her land where it borders that of the appellant.
