Moe Studio, Inc., brings this appeal icpetition e. review of the decision of the Arkansas Court of Appeals 1 , alleging that the court erred in reversing and remanding its judgment against Foundation Telecommunications, Inc., on the grounds that the election of the special judge who heard the case did not comply with the requirements of Arkansas Constitution article 7, section 21.
