[¶ 1] George Tomer appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Murphy, J.) dismiss ing his M.R. Civ. P. 80C appeal of a decision of the Maine Human Rights Commission that had dismissed his complaint of employment discrimination against the Pe-nobscot Nation after the Commission concluded that the complaint involved internal tribal matters over which the Commission has no subject matter jurisdiction.
