CAMERON, Chief Judge.
This is a suit by Arizona Public Service Company, a corporation, against Phoenix Title and Trust Company, an Arizona corporation, as trustee for the Progressive In vestment Company to condemn land for an easement.
Judgment and verdict was for Phoenix Title in the amount of $20,000 for the easement and $80,000 for severance damages. From an order granting Arizona Public Service Company’s motion for new trial defendant appeals.
