Barbara Banks sued Leon Carter and Joseph Pierce for damages allegedly resulting from a collision between Carter’s automobile operated by Pierce, and her parked and unoccupied automobile. The trial court granted summary judgment to Carter and Pierce on the theory *551any claim for damages must be brought by Banks’ insurer, Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company (Nationwide), which had compensated Banks for her loss under an automobile insurance policy.
