Plaintiff-appellant, Jeffrey Scott, appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment against him as to his claim against defendants-appellants K.W. Max Investments, Inc. (“K.W. Max”), William L. Davidson and Michaeline Davidson, for unpaid overtime compensation on the ground that the court erred in finding his employment was not covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq.
