ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT (D.E. 41) AND CLOSING CASE

THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Defendant Nanak’s Landscaping, Inc. (“Defendant”) on May 10, 2008 (“Motion,” D.E. 41). On May 27, 2008, Plaintiff Pierre C.
