In this class action litigation, the subjects of this opinion and order of court are plaintiffs’ motion for partial summary judgment or in the alternative, for judgment on the pleadings and defendants’ motion for summary judgment. The issue addressed by both motions is whether defendants’ method of calculating the pay of salaried employees who work overtime complies with the Pennsylvania Minimum *3Wage Act (PMWA), 43 P.S. §333.101 et seq.
