This appeal concerns the scope of the trial court’s power to enforce its judgment and protect its jurisdiction after its plenary power has expired. At issue is the trial court’s anti-suit injunction granted approximately five months after it signed the final judgment in the case. The injunction’s stated purpose is to prevent Panda Energy Corporation from relitigating matters decided by the final judgment.
