This is an original proceeding in certio-rari to review the issuance of a writ of habeas corpus directing that Scott C. Poole be released immediately from the custody of the Jackson County Detention Center on $5000 bond pending further proceedings in the Jackson County Circuit Court. The habeas court released Mr. Poole after finding that the revocation of his probation violated his constitutional rights in two respects.
