This matter comes before the Court on the Motion for Sanctions filed on December 27, 1994, by the defendant Moore-Handley, Inc. (hereinafter “Moore-Handley”). Moore-Handley’s Motion arises in an adversary proceeding commenced by the debtor Leeds Building Products, Inc., (hereinafter “Leeds”) against Moore-Handley to recover allegedly preferential transfers. As such, the matters involved herein are part of a core proceeding over which this Court has jurisdiction. See 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(F). By its Motion, Moore-Handley requests that this Court…
