I. INTRODUCTION

In this chapter 13 case, Debtor Angela • P. Freeman (“the Debtor”) seeks both(1)the disallowance of a proof of claim as unenforceable due to the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations; and(2) sanctions against the claimant under Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9011 for the filing of the proof of claim.
