Plaintiff, Kyriakos Tsoukas, appeals a jury verdict rendered in favor of Drs. Lapid, Stewart, Widger, Kornmesser and Shah and Lutheran General Hospital, and summary judgment rendered in favor of Dr. Lawrence Bergman on plaintiffs medical malpractice complaint.
