' Tn this case, the circuit court sustained a demurrer to a bill, jpraying the specific joerformance oí two alleged contracts for the sale of the Pittsburg vein of coal underlying two separate tracts of land in Monongalia county. The owner of the land executed two options of sale to the plaintiff, each of which provided that it should be accepted within a certain time, and, if not so accepted, it should be void.
