BICKLEY, Justice.
This case involves the construction of a will, the material portions of which are as follows:
“Second. I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved cousin, Lola Zimmerly de Abeyta my dwelling house on Eaton Avenue situated on tract No. 1 Survey No. 347 in the City of Socorro, New Mexico, including all the furniture in said dwelling house. I also give, devise and bequeath to my said beloved cousin Lola Zimmerly de Abeyta the building used as the Plaza Cafe and the two story building called the hotel adjoining the Plaza Cafe, together with the lot on which said building stands,…
