The Postal Telegraph and Cable Company, defendant in this action, appeals from the decision of the trial court overruling its demurrer to the amended petition of the plaintiff.

A seventeen-year-old boy, by his mother as next friend, 'brought this action to recover damages for physical injuries received by him while delivering, or attempting to deliver, a telegraph message for the defendant company, by colliding on his motorcycle with a Dodge truck on one of the streets of Wichita.
