LUMBARD, Circuit Judge:
Luz Maria Berrios-Berrios appeals from an order of the District of Connecticut, T. Emmet Clarie, J., mandating Berrios’s detention pending trial for federal criminal offenses arising out of a 1983 armed robbery. Judge Clarie, pursuant to a provision of the Bail Reform Act of 1984, denied Berrios’s request that he set bail, on the ground that she posed a serious risk of flight. See 18 U.S.C. § 3142(e). We have jurisdiction over the appeal pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3145(c) and 28 U.S.C. § 1291. Berrios argues that the district court’s ultimate decision denying bail is…
