HUG, Circuit Judge:

Searcy Baker Andrews, Charles Johnson, Anthony Martin, Lewis Dixon, Nolan Hall and Stephen Davenport appeal from their convictions for violations of federal laws relating to the distribution and possession of illegal drugs.

Defendants Andrews, Johnson, Hall and Martin were convicted after a two-day trial before the court, the primary evidence considered by the court being facts stipulated to by the prosecution and the defense.
