The Slayden-Kirksey Woolen Mill has appealed from an order made by the judge of the county court of Tarrant ■county for civil cases granting a temporary writ of injunction restraining the collection •of a certain judgment rendered by that court in favor of appellant against J. D. Robinson, also restraining the sale under execution issued on that judgment of a one-half interest in a stock of goods. The suit in which the injunction was granted was Instituted by J. D.
