This is an appeal from an order of the district court of Hardin county, dismissing and refusing to reinstate, or, perhaps, more accurately speaking, refusing to reinstate, after dismissing, this cause on the docket thereof. What we might term the “pleadings” herein, that is to say, appellees’ motion to dismiss the cause, and appellants’ answer in reply thereto, as well as appellants’ motion to reinstate, and appellees’ reply thereto, are very voluminous, and this court could not be expected to set out at length these pleadings, but can only state, substantially, the…
